Subscriptions FAQ

Blink Subscriptions is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered at the frequency you choose! Eliminate the inconvenience of having to reorder the same item(s) over and over. By subscribing, you will receive a discount on all reorders with auto-delivery.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Once you place your order, the estimated time to process and ship is 2—3 business days.

What are the delivery frequency options?

Default delivery frequency options are determined based on the recommended daily intake:

100 count: delivered once every 50 days

130 count: delivered once every 65 days

70 count: delivered once every 35 days

Joining is easy and can be done anytime while shopping throughout the store and browsing products. Simply select the "Recurring Subscription" option on any product page that it is available and then check out as normal.

After you join, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the subscriptions section in your account where you can manage your future orders.

We send an email reminder before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting 'Manage Subscriptions' located within your account

You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. Please expect multiple emails if you have more than one auto-delivery product. There will only be one charge to your credit card and will include shipping fees and discounts if applicable.

Visit the 'Manage Subscriptions' section in your account to easily cancel or make the changes you need.

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

All auto-delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

How does my order appear on my billing statement?

Blink is a Bausch and Lomb brand. Purchases of Blink through this store will appear as SP BAUSCHMARKETPLACE on your billing statement.

Can I make a credit card payment over the phone?

We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone for security reasons. When you enter your credit card information online, your card number is encrypted to ensure consumer protection. To prioritize your safety, we do not process phone orders as we cannot provide the same level of security. However, our dedicated customer service representatives are more than happy to guide you through the simple process of entering your credit card details on your computer.
